Ernesto U. Savona is Director of Transcrime and Professor of Criminology at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He is member of the EU Commission Expert Group on Policy Needs for Data on Crime and Criminal Justice and of the Firearms Expert Group.

Anna Alvazzi del Frate is the Research Director at the Small Arms Survey, dealing with small arms proliferation, armed violence prevention and reduction, monitoring relevant trends and development of indicators. Sarah Parker is Senior Researcher at the Small Arms Survey. She coordinates the Measures and Programmes Cluster and conducts research on legal and policy related aspects of small arms control at the international, regional and national levels. She is member of the EU Firearms Expert Group.

Nicolas Florquin
Nicolas Florquin is a senior researcher at the Small Arms Survey. His areas of expertise include small arms baseline assessments, illicit arms markets, and armed non-state actors. Nicolas previously worked with the Swiss NGO Geneva Call and the UN Panel of Experts monitoring the arms embargo in Liberia.

Christelle Rigual
Christelle Rigual is Associate Researcher at the Small Arms Survey. She coordinates a research project on the illicit acquisition and use of guided light weapons by armed groups, and conducts research on the global authorized trade of small arms and light weapons.

Ivan Zverzhanovski
Ivan Zverzhanovski is a SEESAC Coordinator and oversees all the SEESAC projects and is responsible for the long-term, strategic planning of the initiatives since 2011. He joined SEESAC as Small Arms and Light Weapons Project Officer. In 2010, he became Programme Officer and developed the WPON project (Women Police Officers Network in South East Europe).
